Extended Stay America was a complete interior renovation of all guest rooms as well as public areas which included: Lobby, Fitness Center, Guest Laundry Facilities, and Meeting Spaces.
Guest room renovations included: carpet, tile and vinyl flooring, updated bathroom vanities and countertops and kitchen improvements.
Exterior renovations included: full exterior paint, stone veneer accents, new windows, and parking lot repair/replacement.
